REFUND & RETURNS

Overview

We have a No Return Policy. However, if there is an issue with the order during shipping, please contact us. We will be happy to work with you. We want all of our honest customers to be satisfied.

Exchanges & Refunds

We only replace items if they are damaged during shipping. If a return is agreed upon, a refund or exchange will be issued once the item is received and inspected. Return shipping will be at the Buyer’s expense. Tracking must be used.

After inspection, we will notify the customer via email once the refund or exchange has been issued.

All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment, and is subject to the receiving banks processing time.

Please note, Sale items are not eligible for a refund or an exchange. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Exchanges are subject to product availability. 

Late or missing refunds

If a refund has not been received after 2-3 business days, then contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve contacted your bank and no progress has been made, please contact us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the buyer had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the buyer.

Shipping Returns

Return shipping will be at the Buyer’s expense. Tracking must be used.

To return the item, ensure the item(s) is protected in a bubble mailer. Returns must be shipped to;
